`Samurai Shokei Yokohama`, an early 20th century `Sterling` silver box, the rectangular lid with a iroe scene of chickens amongst foliage, once on a shakudo ground which has been polished back to copper with the silver and gold inlay still standing out in contrast, the work signed, the interior of the box lined with dark hardwood, 17cm (6.5in) wide.

1921 Bonvil Golf Club (Cupar) oversized white metal medal the obverse is decorated with Scottish thistles and mounted with a shield engraved with cross golf clubs. On the reverse engraved “presented by Bailie G. A impressive Arts and Crafts Suite of Moonstone and sapphire Jewellery. Probably by Bernard Instone. Comprising :- A Bracelet, five oval moonstones of approx dimensions 13mm x 9mm in rub over settings surrounded by silver leaves and twenty five sapphires measuring approx 2.5mm. with box clasp fastening. Stamped silver. Brooch, of circular form with three ribbons of silver joining at the top, five round moonstones of graduating size from approx largest 8.5mm two 8mm, and two 6.45mm in three claw settings, surrounded with leaves and swirls of wire and granulation. Dress clips, of open form each set with four moonstones of graduating size from 12mm x 8.5mm largest to 7.1mm x 6.3mm smallest, and three blue stones approx 5.7mm surrounded with silver leaves. Both with spring and prong type dress clips. Stamped sterling silver. Ring, large oval moonstone of approx 12mm x 20mm in rub over setting, the bezel and shank decorated with foliage, swirls and granulation. Approx size K. Earrings, set with three moonstones two oval and one round each earring in claw settings and two approx 2.5mm sapphires each earring, with a similar leaf and swirl design. For pierced ears. Approx total weight 107.5gms. All items fit into a fitted box apart from the dress clips, which must have been a later edition.

Comprising of:- Bangle The Front en-crusted with gem stones, including emeralds, garnets and pearls, in rub over settings in the main, the bangle highly engraved behind the gem stones along the edges and the reverse,also pierced and engraved. internal dimensions 6cm x 5.4cm. Brooch. Similar to the above set with a mixture of emeralds, garnets and pearls, the middle of the brooch is in the form of a swan, made from a single baroque pearl, freshwater pearls hang from two sides of the brooch and there is enamel detail flower petals in white with tiny black dot detail. The entire brooch is pierced in a floral pattern visible to the reverse. Earrings. Asymmetrical in design similar manufacture as the above, set with emeralds, garnets and pearls, with freshwater pearl drops stamped 9ct to the earring post . For pierced ears. Ring. set with emeralds garnets and pearls in a navette shape, top in white metal and the ring shank in yellow metal. size M. total weight 126.3gms In fitted pig skin box.
