A late 19th Century helmet cream jug, body decorated with repeat engraved design, foliage design to either side and blank dodecagon cartouche to front, on squat rounded foot raised on square base, hallmarked Chester 1899, by the makers George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, measuring approx. 14cm high, weight approx. 108g, together with a silver sugar shaker, with rounded body on a round squat foot, hallmarked London, makers mark and date letter indistinct, measuring approx. 16cm, weight approx. 90g.

Tank Helmet: An extremely rare model 1916 leather British Tank Crew helmet. Helmet comprises 4 riveted leather sections. Leather lined with cross supports. Liner leather has gone hard with age. Side panel with faint inscription (FLAMINGO?). Chin strap appears to have been cut off and is absent. This helmet is from a museum collection and is featured in Peter Doyle's book 'The First World War in 100 objects'. History Press. It conforms exactly to existing pictures of original helmets. Overall leather work is in good condition but dry and hard inside the shell. These helmets were only used during the First Tank attack at Flers on 15.9.16. before being withdrawn. Viewing is strongly recommended. Helmet sold as seen.
German WW2 Model 1935 steel helmet. Original field grey finish with both Wehrmacht decals. Fitted with original chicken wire netting for attaching camouflage. Minor rusting to rim of helmet. Eight tongue liner with lace and chin strap. An extremely good Nazi 'Double Decal' WW2 steel helmet, rarely found in this original condition.
