Three Fine Porcelain Figures with Meissen Marks: A Gentleman dressed in Roman outfit with plumed helmet and gilt embellishments, impressed 103 2081 on base with crossed swords mark 7½ ins (19 cms) high. A boy wearing an intricately decorated jacket with gillet and pantaloons, holding a basket of flowers, standing bare foot on a naturalistic base with gilt edged Rococo scrolls, impressed 110, incised 6 with crossed swords to the base, 5¼ ins (13.5 cms) high. A girl with basket of flowers 5½ ins (14 cms) in height.

A circa 1780 Japanese sword guard (Tsuba) for wakizashi 64 x 58mm, one hole for kozuka. Blade hole measures 26 x 7mm. Relief design of a warrior in full armour with winged helmet, tashi-mounted sword and yari (spear) with a peasant kneeling before him framed by a pine tree branch on the bank of a river. Highlights picked out in silver and gold. Reverse shows two stylised mountain peaks and more river bank with more highlighting. In storage box
