Dragoon helmet model 1909, for Soldiers This helmet belonged to the 20th (Finlandski) dragon regiment stationed in Vilmanstrand (Finland) before WWI and was part of some 20 pieces which were uncovered in the unit`s barracks years ago where they had been stored since August 1914. This black leather helmet with black brush and white metal fi ttings has the enlisted man`s cockade under the right chin scales. These helmets were produced by the K.Tils Cy in Moscow as stamped inside the shell with the year of manufacture "910" for 1910. Mint condition!

A silver helmet cream jug, possibly by D. G. Collins, London, 1919, on stepped circular pedestal foot, the loop handle terminating in a plain shield-shaped escutcheon, 13.4 cm. high, wt. 126 gm.Good condition, a very minor minuscule distortion to foot rim and a pinprick ding to lower body at front.
