WW2 Third Reich M40 Steel Helmet. Maker and size stamped to shell "ET64". Lot number stamped "1241". Complete with original leather liner size marked "56" with replacement drawstring. Steel liner band. Replacement brown leather chinstrap with plated buckle. Interior paint appears to be the original field grey, but the outer paint with white finish and Medic's Red Cross are post war applied in the 1990's.
