Built to celebrate Williams winning the F1 World Constructors title, the model caused some controversy by carrying Nelson Piquet's racing number, rather than the 'Red Five' of Nigel Mansell who had famously lost the drivers title when his rear tyre exploded in the final race of the season. To compensate, the driver wears a fictitious helmet design.
