Mounted with restored state and national cockades and replacement leather chinstrap. Interior of the helmet has had the liner removed. Remains of the ink regimental stamps to the interior of the shell.

Original grey metal front trim and rear spine. Helmet is complete with its original black leather liner and has various stampings to the rear peak including regimental and army group markings.

Unusual Prussian Army Veterinary Officer for Infantry Regiment 128, black leather helmet shell with Prussian officers helmet plate to the centre, officers brass scaled chinstraps and officers pattern state and national cockades. Brass mounted front trim, rear spine, cruciform spike base with plain domed rivets and officers style spike. Helmet has other ranks style leather liner and is stamped with the regimental ink stamping for Infantry Regiment 128 “J.R. 128”. The helmet remains in good untouched condition.

Scaled brass officers chin scales and officers pattern state and national cockades. Circular gilt metal spike base with four securing stars and officers tall pattern spike. Helmet has the original leather sweatband to the interior but no cloth lining. Paper size label to the interior having the imperial tri-colour flag. Back peak slightly loose, and top slightly sunk from the weight of the fittings on the leather shell but otherwise a good untouched example of a scarce helmet.

Helmet is complete with its original officers pattern helmet plate which retains nearly all of the original fire gilt wash finish. Circular helmet spike base with four securing stars and tall pattern officers spike. Helmet with the original officers leather sweatband and artificial silk lining. Some crazing to the shell and small areas of the leather covering are absent revealing the fibre body. Scarce to find officers helmets from the state of Baden especially the wartime issue examples.

Circular base with four gilt metal fixing stars and artillery officers pattern ball top. Helmet is complete with the original leather sweatband and artificial silk lining to the interior. Some small areas of rot to the side of the leather sweatband and some crazing to the leather but otherwise a good untouched example.

Helmet is complete with the original leather liner to the interior. Some of the leather covering to the shell has flaked off. Ideal restoration project.
Austrian M-17 Steel Helmet, being a example issued to the Austrian police with the two small drill holes for the fitting of the brass flaming grenade badge. The helmet is complete with its three pad leather liner and later model leather two piece strap. The helmet has been re-painted in a camouflaged style and painted German national tri-colour to one side.
Austrian M-17 Steel Helmet, retaining approximately 40% of the original paint finish to the exterior. Later decal has once been present and two drill holes have been filled in, possibly re-issued to Austrian Police. Helmet has been refurbished to the interior with a new liner system and chinstrap.
Hanover Police Shako, fibre body shell with white metal two piece helmet plate to the centre with Hanover horse. Cockade with painted black, red and yellow German national tri-colour. Helmet is complete with its original chinstrap with aluminium mounts. Complete with its original leather liner to the interior. This helmet is post WW2 period issued but the body of the helmet, liner and strap are probably of Third Reich period, left over stocks of these shakos were issued to the German police forces after the war.
Very Rare Early Waffen-SS Double Decal M-34 Parade Style Helmet, untouched as found example retaining approximately 80% of the original green paint finish to the exterior shell. Some areas of surface rusting to the top and lower ridge of the shell. The helmet has original Waffen-SS decal applied to the side and the party decal shield to the other side. Helmet has its original M-34 pattern leather liner which is suffering with dry rot, four cork liner spacer pads remain to the interior. Some of the tongues are now damaged. Metal clip and very small section of the chinstrap remain. Shell has makers stamp to the inside. The helmet comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity from Ken Niewiarowicz, author of “Germany’s Combat Helmet 1933-45” by R James Bender Publishing, dated 28th May 2010. He states in the certificate that the decals are C.A Pocher type. A superb untouched example of a very rare SS helmet.
Waffen-SS Single Decal Steel Combat Helmet, outstanding example of a M-40 steel combat helmet which retains much of its original combat paint finish to the exterior of the shell. The helmet retains its original Waffen-SS single decal which is nearly completely intact, approximately 95%. Interior of the helmet has the original leather liner which is size stamped 57. Painted to the rear skirt of the helmet is “945”. Helmet is complete with its original leather chinstrap. The interior shows some service wear which is in keeping with the condition of the exterior of the helmet. Overall a fantastic example of a very desirable steel combat helmet.
WW2 German Army Normandy Camouflaged Single Decal Steel Combat Helmet, untouched example of a M-40 pattern combat helmet which has a fine spray paint finish to the exterior of the shell in greens and yellows which is typical of the camouflage paint scheme associated with the troops based in Normandy. Single army decal present. Attached to the helmet is a chicken wire camouflage cover. Helmet is complete with its original leather liner which is well worn and has some damage. Complete with its original leather chinstrap. The helmet shell is stamped NS64 and 8646. One liner rivet missing.
Luftwaffe Italian Front Tropical Camouflaged Steel Combat Helmet, M-40 pattern steel combat helmet with a dark tropical sand coloured paint finish which is more likely to have been used in Italy or southern France. Helmet is complete with its original leather liner and chinstrap with aluminium buckle. Much of the original light blue Luftwaffe paint remains to the interior. Shell is stamped ET66 and 4162. Generally a very good example.

Inked to the liner is the initials “HG”.

Plate has two screw post fittings on the reverse. Plate remains in good overall condition.
Post 1902 Royal Artillery Officers Home Service Helmet Plate, fine gilt metal example in the form of crowned Royal Arms with Artillery field gun to the lower section and scroll with motto. Three lug fittings to the reverse of the helmet plate. Much of the original gilt wash finish remains to the helmet plate.
Worcestershire Regiment Officers Foreign Service Helmet Badge, fine gilt brass eight pointed star with silvered lion and strap set upon the middle of the backing plate. The strap with regimental details within and castle to the very centre, missing tips of the tower, lower scroll with regimental motto “FIRM”. Brooch fitting to the reverse.
Victorian 2nd Volunteer Battalion Other Ranks Helmet Plate, white metal universal pattern helmet plate with circlet to centre having “WORCESTERSHIRE 2ND VOLR BATTN” and central castle within eight pointed star. Two lug fittings to the reverse of the plate; Brass Victorian other ranks Worcestershire regiment helmet plate, being universal pattern helmet plate with central helmet plate centre having regimental details.
