Helmet plate does not sit correctly, probably a replacement. Some flaking to the surface of the leather liner. Plume has been trimmed.

AN IMPERIAL CAMEL CORPS PITH HELMET with ICC badge, internal broad arrow stamp and inscribed to T. W. Ayre 136669 (Est. plus 24% premium inc. VAT)Condition Report: Age to badge, same to the helmet, also missing top piece and a split in the rear peak can be felt under the fabric. We have not handled one previously, but perhaps there may have been a covering to the the air vent. The main value here appears to be the badge.
