Helmet plate does not sit correctly, probably a replacement. Some flaking to the surface of the leather liner. Plume has been trimmed.

VAT)Condition Report: Age to badge, same to the helmet, also missing top piece and a split in the rear peak can be felt under the fabric. We have not handled one previously, but perhaps there may have been a covering to the the air vent. The main value here appears to be the badge.
