(Provenance: With a letter dated 14.11.2005 from the Commander of the Kleinzell Volunteer Fire Brigade gifting this helmet to the current Vendor's family, and stating that it belonged to their Community Doctor, Dr. Groihofer. These "Spider Helmets" have been used since the 1950s until recently.)
