Dutt and Sons, Calcutta and another silver plated rose bowl trophy, similarly inscribed "Dibrugarh Races 1905 - Second Team Polo Tournament"

MOORE BOBBY: (1941-1993) English Footballer, Captain of the England World Cup winning team, 1966. Signed 6 x 4 photograph of Moore standing in a half length pose having been presented with the Jules Rimet trophy by Queen Elizabeth II following England`s victory in the 1966 World Cup final. Signed by Moore in bold blue ink to a light area of the image. Together with a 13.5 x 9.5 mounted display signed to the matt by Michael Owen, the display featuring two colour photographs, one of Owen in a full length action pose and the other showing the scoreboard following England`s victory over Germany, 1-5, in the 2001 World Cup qualifying match. Moore`s image a slightly inferior reproduction photograph. VG, 2

Internal pages preview the Tournament and include QPR teamgroup, ticket details and photos of Gerry Francis and Stan Bohles (Bowles). An Early 19th Century French Diplomat`s Sword, the 81cm single edge steel blade engraved and gilt with martial trophies and foliate tendrils, bearing traces of blueing, the hallmarked silver hilt with griffin mask and foliate chased and cast shell guard, the knuckle bow with a trophy of arms, with plumed and visored helmet pommel and two piece mother of pearl grip, lacks scabbard.
An Early 19th Century Officer`s Percussion Cap Pistol by D Egg, London, converted from a flintlock, the 22.5cm steel barrel signed on the top flat, with foliate engraved tang, slide safety, signed lock plate, walnut full stock with steel ramrod pipes, the trigger guard engraved with a martial trophy and with bud finial, the bag butt with diamond chequered grip and steel butt cap, with brass mounted wood ramrod.

A VERY GOOD EARLY 20TH CENTURY DOUBLE RHINO HORN TROPHY the two horns mounted upon an oval mahogany plinth. Large horn 43ms girth, 73cms long, Small horn 48cms girth, 44.5cms long. Total weight including plaque 6.08kgs. Some natural splits to horns. Provenance: Shot in 1946 in Kenya by the vendors Grandfather, Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North, with accompanying Cities certificate number 039-10.
