MANCHESTER CITY-FA CUP 2011 Victorinox Swiss Army Stainless Steel Sapphire Crystal watch inscribed , Limited Edition (only 34 given) complete with original packaging. The watch is inscribed on the reverse with the City crest and the words "FA Cup Winners 2011 Limited Edition of 34". Comes with black leather strap and sky blue box wrap on which is printed the Manchester City crest and above the crest the words "In recognition of your contribution at Manchester City". Below the crest are the words "FA Cup Winner 2011". City presented one of these to each player and senior back room staff after they won the FA Cup at Wembley against Stoke. This was the first Trophy of the modern era for City and their first Trophy victory since 1976.. The box contains the Instructions and Warranty for Chronographs. The serial number indicates that the watch is a Infantry Vintage Chronograph watch and it is water resistant for 100 meters. A true piece of ephemera from the modern Manchester City era. Good

The event also featured the presentation to Stanley Matthews of the Eagle Sportsman of the Year Trophy. MANCHESTER UNITED A 19" X 15" framed and glazed 10" X 7" modern enlarged black & white team group of Manchester United first League Championship winning team of 1910-11 with the trophy plus the Manchester Evening News 9/10/1968 which celebrates 100 years of the M.E.N. And includes 100 Sporting Years on the back page and shows the same Manchester United team group. Good
ARMY CUP 52-53 Unusual programme, Army Challenge Cup Semi-Final, 18/3/53, Olympic Stadium, Berlin, 1st Bn Royal Scots Fusiliers v 28Bn RAOC (UK). Four page issue. Players included Marchi, Keeble, Gunter, Gosling etc. The Royal Scots seem to have qualified for the Semi-Final by winning the BAOR Trophy which was probably why the game was played in Berlin. Fold. Good

PORTSMOUTH Two black & white postcards commemorating Portsmouth winning the Southern League in 1919/20 season. One is a team group with the trophy, is slightly worn on the corners and has a slight vertical crease and the other shows the players receiving their medals at Fratton Park. Both issued by Steven Cribb. Fair to generally good
WORLD CUP 66 - LIVERPOOL Four items relating to the 1966 World Cup, 136 page World Cup Souvenir issued by Liverpool Post Office, first day cover with franking stating Portugal v Brazil July 19th Liverpool, , Plan of Seating for a Luncheon given by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool before the World Cup Semi-Final 25/7/66 ( some writing) and a large colourful 10" diameter beermat issued by Threlfalls Brewery showing the area of the ground and eight places where Threlfalls was on sale. Trophy and flags of the four countries playing in Liverpool shown in full colour (interesting item). Generally good
EVERTON - CUP FINAL 1966 Three large signed poster style photographs, two colourised from the 1966 FA Cup Final. Measurements are approx 16" x 12" or vice versa and they show Young and Harvey holding the Cup aloft on the pitch, colourised , signed by Young, Temple scoring the winning goal (colourised) signed by Temple, and Brian Labone receiving the Trophy signed by Labone. Good
1930 WORLD CUP Fold out booklet for the 1930 World Cup in Uruguay, the first World Cup Tournament as prior to that date, the Olympic Games Champions were regarded as being the World Champions of Football;. This booklet has 10 fold out pages each measuring 8cm x 14cm plus 2 pages measuring 5cm x 14cm each. The twelve pages show, the World Cup trophy, the Stadium in Montevideo, an aerial photograph of Montevideo, 6 pages showing head and shoulders photographs of Uruguay players, one page shows the results of the Semi-Finals ( which Argentina and Uruguay both won by 6-1 scorelines against United States and Yugoslavia) and the result of the Final in which Uruguay defeated Argentina 4-2 and one column proclaims Uruguay as Champions. The front cover is captioned "Primer Campeonato Mundial De Football 1930 Montevideo Homenaje a los Campeones Mundiales". The booklet went on sale in Uruguay shortly after the Final.. Two of the spines have tape holding them together, there are a few folds and minor creases and slight ink marks on one side of the cover but overall condition is certainly "Fair" and possibly a little better. An Edwardian mahogany, satinwood, inlaid and decorated display cabinet:, of D shaped outline, crossbanded in tulipwood bordered with boxwood lines, having a moulded dentil cornice and frieze with ribbon tied floral garlands and cameo portraits on grisaille, enclosed by a central lozenge glazed astragal panel door flanked by a glazed panel of bowed outline to either side, the panels below decorated with neo-classical urns, ribbon tied musical trophy and urns of flowers, raised on short square tapered legs, terminating in spade feet, 145cm (4ft 9in) wide, 171.5cm (5ft 7 1/2in) high.
A 19th Century carved giltwood, gesso and cream decorated rectangular overmantel mirror:, of large size with central urn and pierced acanthus scroll cresting and egg and dart cornice of broken outline, the frieze with ribbon tied husk garlands paterae and oval classical cameo portraits centred by a trophy panel with torch, quiver of arrows and garlands, the inset bevelled plate between pilasters with panels of urns and floral foliage, 250cm (8ft 2 1/2in) x 152.5cm (5ft) wide.
A Louis XV/XVI transitional kingwood, marquetry and gilt metal mounted block front commode:, surmounted by a grey variegated marble top with a moulded edge and canted angles, the frieze decorated with roundels and with a central panel of musical and foliate trophy flanked by urns and foliage and to the side panels, containing two long drawers flanked by chevron banded canted angles headed with applied reeded, foliate swag and tasselled ornament, on slight cabriole legs, terminating in sabots, 96cm (3ft 1 3/4in) wide.
