Single edged blade with etched foliage, trophy of arms and crowned Imperial eagle. Early WKC makers trade mark to the base of the blade. Housed in the original leather scabbard with brass mounts. Leather scabbard slightly shrunk and some light wear to the blade but generally a very good example.

WW1 German Artillery Sword 2nd Hannover Field Artillery Regiment No26, fine dove head pattern plated white metal sword, plain cross guard, langet, knuckle guard and pommel incorporating back strap. Grip retains the original wire binding. Attached to the guard is the original leather and embroidered cloth portopee. Fine curved single edged blade with etched decoration of trophy of arms, foliage and central blued panel with regimental details of “II Hannov Feld Artill Regt No 26”, other side of the blade is etched with similar design, the blued panel this time shows a horse drawn artillery gun team. Sword is complete with the original scabbard with fixed single ring fitting. Very good example overall.

Imperial German Alter-Art Infantry Officers Sword Degen, with silver plated fittings, wire bound grip, single d shaped knuckle guard and shaped pommel. Single edged blade etched with trophy of arms, foliage and Imperial crowned eagle. Clemen & Jung makers trade mark to the base of the blade. The blade appears to have been plated also which has obscured some of the etching. Housed in its original leather scabbard with plated mounts.

Imperial German / Weimar Republic Lion Head Pattern Officers Sword, fine example with gilt fittings, langet with foliage design, plain brass knuckle guard leading to lion head top with insert ruby eyes, plain back strap. Grip retains the original wire binding. Fine curved blade with etched foliage and trophy of arms design to both sides. Spine of the blade etched with the details of Paul Weyersberg & Co, Solingen. Housed in the original black painted scabbard. Some wear to the scabbard but the rest of the sword remains in very good condition overall.

(3) CONDITION REPORT: Sold with the pendulum and key. Enamel to dial is in a good condition. Minor nibbles to marble edge of the clock and garnitures. One impact crack to the back of the shoulder of one garniture. Overall good condition. Movement sold as seen. Possible repair to the marble on clock garniture base corner.
