Zulu Shield and Weapons Grouping, interesting grouping of items collected from Zululand after the Anglo Zulu war, the items were mounted onto a wooden trophy shield when acquired by Mick Woodfield, due to age they were deteriorating, so he made it more secure to preserve the group. The set consists of a small Zulu dance shield “Igabelomunye”, 2x wooden knobkerries (one with crudely engraved name) and a Zulu throwing spear “Isijula”. Generally all remain in good overall condition. Ideal Zulu display set.
