Extremely fine and very rare. Whilst MI states, “No specimen of this medal has been met with”, the cataloguers are aware of at least two specimens appearing at auction in the last 10 years.

Extremely fine, rare.
A 19th Century French Gilt Bronze Mantel Clock by Lenoir, Paris. The Louis XV style scrolling Rococo case surmounted by a cherub holding a lyre, with a musical trophy adorning the base and pierced panels of scrolling foliage to the sides. The movement striking a bell, lacking a silk suspended pendulum, with a 5½ ins (14 cms) white enamelled convex dial signed LENOIR Paris. 17 ins (43 cms) in height.
