* WILLIAM TIMMINS RGI (SCOTTISH 1872-1959)) THE SOUTH ROTUNDA, GLASGOW together with `The River Kelvin looking North` and "A Glasgow Harbour Scene", (3) charcoal and pastel on buff paper each 18 x 29cm note : William Timmins was a Glasgow artist of great skill and originality, but is largely unknown outside the city. Much of his output consists of highly atmospheric Glasgow streetscapes and riverscapes, in watercolour, pastel or sometimes in oil. He took night classes at the GSA 1890-91 and 1899-1900. A regular exhibitor at the RGI Also exhibited at the RSA.
