A Pure Silk Bakhtiyari Carpet, of trellis design woven in pastel shades, the field filled with various panels depicting various stylised geometric and floral motif, within conforming multi stripe border filled with meandering vine pattern, 12ft x 9ftThe carpet lies very flat on the floor. There are general scattered signs of wear (low pile).  No evidence of historic moth damage.  All four edge bindings are fully intact with no signs of fraying. The colours remain vivid with no signs of fading. However the fringes have been trimmed. Please note this carpet has been professionally cleaned before consignment and is in generally good condition.
