Finlayson (20th/21st century) - portrait sketch of a seated lady wearing a red dress, white shirt and black waistcoat, signed and dated 1962, also extensively inscribed on the artist's original label verso with her address 21 Chatham road, Manchester 16, numbered 1, pastel drawing, 19.5" x 14.5"; together with a further mixed media work depicting a Surrealist scene depicting head and shoulders study of a girl holding a white dove within a partial gilt plaster picture frame, a belly dancer in the foreground and a goldfish in a bowl with a seashell in the foreground, signed with the artist's initials RG, mixed media, 19" x 13.25" (2)
After Philip Boileau - portrait of a young woman (1903) inscribed with the artist's name and date; together with copyright details and a further date 1905, coloured print, 15.25" x 11.5" *The artist was a Canadian born Art Nouveau artist illustrator known for his watercolours and pastel drawings of the Victorian era women. Together with two further prints including one depicting the sculptor Auguste Rodin 'He thinks in marble' after the artist Julias Mendes Price, and finally an engraving after Thomas Landseer, 'The Lion Tiger Cubs' born at Windsor, 1824 inscribed and published by Moon, Boys & Graves, and dated June 1st 1830, 7.25" x 5.75" (3)

English School (19th/20th century) - portrait of a young girl seated wearing a cream dress and bonnet holding a doll, pastel drawing on canvas, 23" x 21"; together with a Victorian coloured lithograph after Sir John Everett Millais portrait of a small girl seated wearing a white dress and large cream bonnet decorated with pink ribbon, the original picture is said to have been titled 'The Reader' bearing the facsimile signature for the artist within a cut aperture of the mount, 26" x 17.5" (2)
