RUBENS SOUTHEY (1881-1933); a pair of watercolours "Sidmouth, the Cliff Path and the High Peak" and "Sidmouth and Salcombe Cliff", signed lower right and lower left, label for Elands' Art Gallery, Exeter verso, with title and artist, each 15 x 28cm and a charcoal drawing with white pastel highlights, a night scene of a grand building with a crow in a tree to the foreground, indistinctly signed lower right, 58 x 42cm, all framed and glazed (3).
Royal Worcester Mottled Blue Shallow Footed Bowl, central roundel of apples and blackberries, signed H.Price, with framework in gilt over pastel pink and green, further gilt motifs and a gilt band to the inside rim; 2.75 inches high x 10.5 in diameter; date marks for 1928 and 2769 to underside (fine crack running from rim to top of roundel frame, some slightly lighter patches to blue interior)
