I gave a bunch to Mrs. Armour early in February 1981 and she very kindly made this oil painting for me. She also did a pastel of the same flowers. Glas (?) C Hunter. Painting purchased 3rd March, 1981.' The painting has remained in the family's collection since the original purchase.
