Delander London', with six-second calibrated subsidiary seconds at noon and chamfered date aperture at six, pull shutter closure to winding holes, the trunk with feather banded door on original strap hinges, the panelled base on stepped plinth with later block feet, 98in. (249cm.) high.

Condition: Some pronounced craquelure to thin veneer to lid exterior, small piece of veneer approx 8mm missing to lid exterior, has been filled, several scratch marks to lid, elongated split to front lip of lid, 75 x 10mm piece of veneer reglued by rear left leg, elongated split to underside of lid, rather worn interior, perishing foil to compartments, underside wood bearing a large knot that has become displaced and reglued, also large crack to underside, 14 x 6 and 7 x 4mm replaced sliver of veneer to front upper right and lower left of lid facing lip
