A William IV rosewood teapoy the caddy top enclosing the original fitted interior with four rosewood lidded caddies flanking two circular wells, lacks bowls, on a tapering cylindrical column with carved lappet mount, on a quatreform base with paw feet and scroll brackets, on the original casters, 31in. (79cm.) high.
An Edwardian mahogany mantel clock, with brass finial to caddy top, the rectangular case being satinwood banded, boxwood and ebony strung, with circular glazed door enclosing the enamelled dial with Arabic numerals and with two-train movement by K. Perkin & Sons, Paris, with oval fan medallion, brass carrying handle to either side and raised on three short metal feet. Width 8 ins, height 13.5 ins (see illustration).
