A Regency/William IV rosewood tea caddy, with interior compartments and glass bowl and raised on bun feet. Width 32 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The caddy is in generally good condition with no significant issues. The main body of the piece is in good order with only minor surface blemishes and no losses of any note. There is a timber stress fracture to the rear panel. This is not unsightly and there is no movement. The top is not warped. The hinges are secure and original. The lock is all present and complete and we have the key. Both interior caskets are in generally good order although the lead lining has perished. The glass bowl fits the aperture but may well not be original.
A Georgian fruitwood "Melon" tea caddy, with oval lock escutcheon and traces of original lead lining. Height 12 cm, diameter +/- 12 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The caddy is in extremely good condition. It is a good rich colour and has original untouched patination. The hinge is a little loose and one screw is missing. There is a stress fracture above the hinge which should be visible on our image. The lead lining is significantly perished. The lock is present but we have no key. The lock escutcheon appears original. Clearly the top handle is missing.
A Georgian fruitwood "Apple" tea caddy, with brass lock escutcheon and lead lined interior. Height +/- 12 cm, diameter 11.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The caddy is in very good order and has a very good original patina. The only minor issue is that there is a stress fracture and outer side break above the original hinge. This clearly has not broken through to the interior as nothing is visible inside. It is an outer edge break. Other than this and the usual old surface marks and small dings the lot is in really generally very good condition. There is one stress fracture to the lid which again should be visible on our image.
An early 19th century mahogany chest of drawers, with caddy top above two short and three long drawers with wooden knob handles flanked by pilasters. Height 118 cm, width 124 cm, depth 55 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The top is flat with no warping. There are minor surface scratches and minor veneer stress fractures but no lifting. There are minor losses to the veneer around the cornice, particularly at the corners. The sides are in generally god order but do have some scratches. The drawer fronts are in generally good condition with some minor losses to the cockbeading. There are some minor veneer nibbles between the drawers of the runners. The plinth bas has losses to the corners and there are nibbles to the veneers.
A William IV caddy spoon, Birmingham 1834, maker Thomas Lawrence. Length 73 mm, 5 grams. CONDITION REPORT: The caddy spoon is in good condition with no repairs and no restoration. There is no buckling of the bowl and the hallmarks are clear. There is a slight hint of a crease at the narrow section of the handle when viewed from behind but there is no weakness at this point.

A VICTORIAN SILVER TEA CADDYOf shaped rectangular bombe form, with floral, foliate and scroll embossed decoration, raised on four feet, the detachable cover with a flower finial. London 1838, weight 341 gms.Condition Report: There is some staining and dirt within. Slight wear to the bottom of the feet. The feet are not pushed in to the base. No significant denting or distortion to the body. some scratching within the lid where the finial has been unscrewed in the past. The finial is original to the piece. There are a few dents and marks to the inner rim of the lid.
