Georgian silver caddy spoon in shape of jockey cap The item seems to in good condition with mild tarnishing and some wear to the hallmarks commensurate with age. No large dents or bends and no signs of repairs. The anchor can be clearly seen indicating a Birmingham hallmark and looking at what can be seen of the date letter and cartouche, it is probable this is 'd' potentially indicating the item to be circa 1801/1802.
A FINE QUALITY 19TH CENTURY SIGNED CHINESE SILVER TEA SERVICE, weighing 1.36Kg, comprising a teapot and cover, a sugar basin, a milk jug, a pair of sugar tongs and unusually a tea caddy and cover, mainly decorated with barbed quatrefoil panels of battling warriors, the teapot with a bamboo-form overhead swing handle, the cover of the caddy with a Fu good luck character, each piece except covers with impressed maker's character marks, the teapot 7.8in long including spout & 6.5in high to top of finial. (7 pieces including covers)
