An early 19th century Georgian tortoiseshell tea caddy of sarcophagus form with silver cartouche lid. Relief decoration to front depicting Pugin ecclesiastical arched windows. Raised on brass bun bun feet (one missing). Hinged lid opening to reveal twin caddies. One blonde tortoiseshell lid missing. Measures 16cms x 17cms x 10cms
A Regency and later mahogany, boxwood strung and ebonised tea caddy, with lion mask handles, bone escutcheon, two compartments with lids and a print to verso of lid, h. 14 cm, w. 26 cm, d. 16 cm CONDITION REPORT: Possible later ebonised panels to top. Possible later print to inside. General wear and tear.

To include ornate embossed spirit kettle, footed coffee pot, small squat footed teapot with matching sugar and milk jug, etched, footed caddy marked to base 'BENETFINK and CO 39 Cheapside'. Also Crown Devon Fieldings metallic glazed teapot, silver plate on copper etched bon bon dish, plated berry spoons and etched milk jug.
George V silver tea caddy, of serpentine form chased with scroll and swag border and engraved with the family crest of the Bosanquets above motto 'Per damna per coedes', by Crichton Bros., London 1918, 13 cm high, 14.7 oz. (417 gr.) Provenance; Collection of US President Grover Cleveland (1837-1908) (in office 1885-9 and 1893-7) and his descendants. He was the only President to serve two non-consecutive terms of office. Including some of his wife's jewellery (Frances Folsom), and silver. Acquired from two of the President's grand-daughters, Marion Frances (Daniel) nee Bosanquet, (1919-2016) and her sister Philippa Ruth (Foot) nee Bosanquet, by bequest and gift. Their mother Esther was the only child born at The White House to a serving American President.
