Tortoiseshell tea caddylate 18th/early 19th Century, with ivory stringing to the exterior, with twin division interior, standing on brass bun feet, 15cm wide x 14.5cm high x 9cm deepIvory Licence Submission Ref: NUXTG19E. The finial has been broken off at some point. There is overall wear, marks, some losses and scratches. The brass escutheon/plate to the front of the caddy is blank. The box is unlocked, we do not have a key.

Late Victorian silver repoussé tea caddy on four paw feet. Chester 1896. Maker's mark initial R H. 8.6 troy oz approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) The finial is secure but bent. Overall ok with some tarnishing in places and minor dinks/dents. Stands well. Lid fits well and hinge is good. No stamp to the base.
