EARLY 19TH CENTURY ROSEWOOD TEA CADDY, of rectangular form, the interior comprising two lidded and hinged rectangular compartments, the centre with glass bowl and silver plated caddy spoon, with fluted turned and carved handles, brass lock and plate, standing on fluted carved spherical feet. 33.5 x 18 x 20cm approx. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Rather dry and worn. Scratched to the top of the tea caddy. Replacement glass mixing bowl and caddy spoon. Lining has gone from the boxes. General wear overall with age but no serious damage for age. Minor loss to veneer.
