The caddy top surmounted by pierced brass handle incorporating the initial DQ. The 7 inch (18 cms) brass dial with a Westminster/Whittington/Winchester chime dial in the arch, small fast/slow and chime/silent subsidiary dials above the chapter ring with a matted centre and decorative spandrels. 17 ins (43 cms) in height (handle up).
