A Canton enamel two-handled baluster vase with gilt decoration, 9 1/2" high, a similar pot (lacking cover) and an Imari tea caddy Condition: Imari bottle has chips to the rim, corners, losses to glaze and damage throughout. The Pot has rubbing, surface wear, but no major noticeable damage. The vase has rubbing, possible chip to base rim, chips to relief and general wear.

A Regency tortoiseshell veneered tea caddy inlaid in mother of pearl with chinoiserie decorated depicting pagodas in a landscape to the shallow bow front, the lid of pagoda form opening a reveal a two section interior, raised on turned bone bun feet, 20.5 cm wide x 13.2 cm deep x 15.75 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Whilst basically sound throughout and a good looking piece, there are several areas of minor loss, particularly to two of the leaves to the bow front and the trunk of the palm tree second from left. There is also damage to the corners of the tortoiseshell to the base on all four corners. See images. Minor cracks looking at the back below the left hinge and to the right of the right hinge vertically. There is also a crack to the turned bone foot looking from the back - the right hand side. There are several areas where the wirework has worked loose, particularly to the corners. See images for further detail. The interior zinc lining has deteriorated to mainly powder in both sides. The piece could arguably do with a good clean and sympathetic restoration though the overall look is again good. See images for further detail.
