A group of three Leeds pottery items to include; bat printed creamware tea caddy, 11cm high approx, small basket shaped jar with reticulated cover, impressed Leeds pottery, 8cm high approx and a plain creamware cup and saucer, the cup with entwined handle, impressed Leeds pottery. (3)(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: The tea caddy has obvious restoration to neck area. The small pot pourri basket and cover appears in good condition. The cup and saucer has been heavily repaired/restored and the saucer is crazed with hair crack.
Early 19th Century burr walnut tea caddy of rectangular form, the interior revealing two lidded hinged pull out compartments with ivory escutcheon. 31 x 15.5 x 16cm approx. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Tired condition overall, many shrinkage splits, wear and fading. Losses in places. Damage to ivory escutcheon. Mixing bowl is missing.
