20th century Chinese famille verte vase of tapering form, detailed paintings of figures and scholars in a garden setting playing Go, writing and examining scrolls, 25cm, Jurentang mark in red to base. CONDITION REPORT: Vase is in good condition but there is a surface scrape to the white glaze at the left hand side
CROYDON COMMON FC Two official Croydon Common FC team selection cards posted to L.L.Tucker in August 1910 plus programme for Croydon Common practice match 20/8/1910 with Tucker listed as playing for the Red team v the White team.. The final item is a Croydon Common FC letter to Tucker dated 24/2/1910 indicating that he stands a good chance of being added to the playing staff. Croydon Common were in the Second Division of the Southern League in 1910-11 having been relegated the previous season. Interesting selection of items. Generally good
DULWICH HAMLET 1940 Four page Dulwich Hamlet programme v Metropolitan Police, 14/12/1940, London Senior Cup, some wear and tears along folds. Poor attendances lead to Dulwich considering stopping playing but the editorial states that they decided to carry on. Poor quality paper but likely to be very scarce issue. Fair

LONDON CHARITY CUP MEDAL 1910-11 Gold and enamel hallmarked medal awarded to George Shipley in 1910-11 for playing for Dulwich Hamlet v Nunhead in the two drawn games in the 1910-11 London Charity Cup Final. For the first and only time, the Final was deemed drawn and the trophy to be shared after two games failed to separate the clubs. Comes complete with Vaughtons Box with "London Charity Cup 1910-11 embossed in gilt on the lid. Good
ASTON VILLA 1931-32 Autograph album page signed by the complete playing staff of 33 players including Beresford, Houghton, Astley, Mandley, Talbot, Biddlestone and Brown. During this season Brown scored 5 goals in a 8-3 win at Leicester, four goals a week later v Liverpool and was rewarded by being dropped 3 games later. Pencil signatures. Generally good

ELVIS PRESLEY - SURRENDER/LONELY MAN - Extremely rare 33 1/3 rpm version of the 7" single (37-7850). This single was far more ubiquitous as a 45 with very few 33s produced. Matrix numbers are M2P1 1859-7S/M2P1 1860-5S. Condition is VG/VG+ with light surface marks on playing surface with some deeper marks on the vinyl that do not effect playing grooves. Comes with picture sleeve.
DICK LORY - COOL IT BABY - SINGLE SIDED DEMO - The cracking jumping R&R seven from Dick Lory issued on London (MSD 1479). The track would soon be released with the fab 'Ballroom Baby' in 1956... The record is in VG+ condition with some surface marks to the playing side, but nothing of a heavier note at all. Bright orange label with a hand written annotation reading 'Typical Bill Haley type Rock & Roll, HLD 8348'.

SUN 209 - ELVIS PRESLEY - THAT'S ALL RIGHT - The very first Sun recording featuring The King with Scotty And Bill - That's All Right c/w Blue Moon Of Kentucky. An original release with 'Wabash BMI', 'Peer Wabash' credits with the catalogue number at the 9 O Clock positions of both sides and push marks. The record is in G+ condition with surface marks to both playing sides, though these are never heavier scratches. Some wear to the label. MATRIX: U-128-45 72 + U-129-45 72.

Titles are Gone, Gone, Gone c/w Let The Juke Box Keep On Playing (Sun 224 with the catalogue number at the 9 O Clock position, push marks to both sides, matrix 45-U-94 and 45-U95, 45-U-95 - a clean Ex copy), Sun 274 Forever Yours (stamped inverted 'M.S.I.CO'), Glad All Over/Lend Me Your Comb (Sun 287, 45-U-288 and 45-U-289 - Ex), I'm Sorry, I'm Not Sorry (Sun 249 45-U-210 and 211 with inverted 'M.S.U.CO' on the label), Matchbox (Sun 26145-U-231X ?13483 and 45-U-235 ?13182 - very clean Ex), Blue Suede Shoes (Sun 234 U-176 and 177-45 - VG) and Boppin' The Blues (Sun 243 with 'SUN' etchings - VG+ RE?).
CHUCK SIMS - LITTLE PIGEON - Chuck Sims lets fly here with Little Pigeon. On silver lettered London lables with original tri-centre (45-HL-R.8577). Vinyl condition is borderline Ex/Ex+ with the still glossy surface featuring hardly a mark on the playing surface. Labels and centre are extremely clean also. Comes with orginal company sleeve.
SUN 210 - ELVIS PRESLEY - GOOD ROCKIN' TONIGHT - The second Elvis release with Scotty And Bill c/w I Don't Care If The Sun Don't Shine (Sun 210). With 'Roy Brown' credit, 'U-131 210' and 'Famous ASCAP I-130 2-27 210' at the 9 O Clock positions. The record is in G+ condition with multiple surface markings, these again do not extend deeper and there are no heavier marks or scratches to the playing surface. With push marks, though these are somewhat faded on 'Good Rockin' Tonight', and some wear to the labels. MATRIX: U-130-45 72 ?1122 + U-131-45 72 ?1123.
ELVIS PRESLEY - NUMBER 2 - An extremely nice original UK pressing of this famous album (CLP 1105). Matrix numbers are G2WP 7202-2N/G2WP 7208-1N. Run outs are 1 R/1 A. Vinyl condition is stunning for a record of this age. It still retains its original gloss with a very clean playing surface, a definite Ex+ condition. The sleeve however shows more signs of aging with som edelamination and splitting along the spine, hence G+ condition. Overall htough, a brilliant record and lot.
Rectangular case for a deck of playing cards Lacquered wood, scene on the lid signed Sichemkov depicting the Grimm fairy tale "The Frog Prince " and frieze around, opening with hinge, red colored inside, very good condition in spite of small wear to corners, dimensions 13.5x9.5 cm, traditional work. Superb!

Art caricature on cardboard of Frank Mitchell as a Chelsea player size 13" x 17" tracing his history from Australia (his birthplace), reference to his dad a pioneer flyer in the 1930's, through to his marriage in the 1940's, to playing both football and cricket at the top level. Sketched in, inked with Indian ink, and embellished with blue colour and signed by Roy Ullyett. ROY ULLYETT OBE (1914-2001) Rated as the greatest sports cartoonist of his generation working for the Sunday Pictorial and thereafter the Daily Express. An accomplished caricaturist he drew many sports celebrities by sketching first in pencil and then completing in pen and Indian ink, the cartoons being humorous by poking gentle fun at the subject.

1920 England Schoolboy International Rugby Shirt and Cap - issued and awarded to William Hall The white England rugby shirt comes with the original large embroidered Red Rose Crest sewn to the front, together with his velvet cap with silver braid tassle, trim, date and ESRU to the front panel - in addition there's a silver hallmarked rugby medal engraved on the reverse C.E.S.A.A. 1920-21, a rugby team postcard showing Will Hall in his International Shirt and Cap - a notable and interesting collection featuring the social history just after the WWI Note Willie Hall b.1908 in Coventry whose father was from Barbados. He went on to play rugby league and signed for Dewsbury on 9th March 1931 and made his debut playing scrum-half against Bramley on 23 March 1931. He made another 3 appearances for Dewsbury in the 1931-32 season and a further 5 appearances early in the following season but then due to an injury his career came to an end.
