A LARGE GOOD QUALITY 19TH CENTURY SAMSON CHINOISERIE PORCELAIN & BRONZE CLOCK, surmounted by a finely cast bronze model of a flute playing boy seated on an elephant, the sides with bronze dragon handles, the porcelain painted with precious objects, ribboned emblems and floral cartouches and supported on a bronze stand with four elephant-head feet, 13in wide at widest point & 20.75in high.
A LARGER CHINESE KANGXI PERIOD BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN JAR, circa 1700, together with a good quality carved hardwood stand and cover, the stand and cover with matching pierced scrollwork decoration, the jar painted in a vivid tone of underglaze-blue, the sides painted with a continuous scene of ladies and playing boys in a continuous fenced garden setting, 11.5in high overall, the jar itself 8.25in wide at widest point & 8.4in high.
