WEED - S/T LP (PHILIPS 6305 096). The very rarely seen eponymous LP from Ken Hensley's WEED (original 1971 German Philips release 6305 096). The record is in VG+ with some light surface markings to the playing surfaces - these are never heavier in nature with no scratches to mention at all. With nice, clean and sharp labels which show a few light spindle markings. The sleeve is in VG+ condition - showing fantastic vivid colour, there is evidence of water damage on the reverse rear section - only just visible to the eye on the sleeve, this can be moreover seen when looking 'inside' the sleeve. A very neat copy.

Lot 44

COMPLEX - S/T (ORIGINAL PRESSING LP - TD 6869). Holy grail time for collectors of British Psychedelia with the phenomenal eponymous album from Complex - self released with just 99 copies pressed, this is one of the few surviving original copies (TD 6869). Side 1 is in glossy Ex condition with a couple of light hairline markings to the playing surface, the textured label is in sharp and clean condition. Side 2 is in VG+ condition - a few more light surface/hairline markings are noted, though these are never of a heavier nature whatsoever with no scratches or heavier markings to mention. Once again with a very clean and sharp label. Matrix: JEF TD 6869 XA & JEF TD 6869 B. The sleeve is in VG condition. Notoriously fragile, this is a clean example with the colour on the front looking as striking as ever - there are a couple of light creases on the reverse with a complete seam split along the top edge and an approx 9 cm seam split on the bottom edge.

Lot 45

THE BEATLES - WHITE ALBUM - UK NUMBER 0001330 (MONO PMC 7067/7068). Great to see very low number copy of the most famous eponymous album of all time! This original UK number 0001330 sleeve is in Ex condition. A fantastic clean example, the cover only shows only very minor wear. There is only light signs of wear to the laminate with a small 'peel' on the reverse right section (approximately 2/3 down the sleeve leading from the spine). Elsewhere there is only very minor discolouration, some light edgewear and a little shelfwear (the text is still fully readable). The original UK mono LPs (PMCS 7067/7068, 'Sold In UK', 'Mfd In UK', no EMI text and -1/-1/-1/-1 matrix endings) are in VG and G+ condition - surface and scuff markings are noted to the playing sides with a few light scratches on side 4. Complete with original black inners, photos and lyric poster.

Lot 53

THE BEATLES - LOVE ME DO - ORIGINAL UK 7" DEMO (45-R 4949). The essential Beatles record for any serious collector - the original UK 7" demo of the fab four's debut 45 (Parlophone white/red A labels 45-R 4949). The A side is in VG condition. There are surface and scuff markings to the playing surface, though at no point do these extend deeper than this. With '1962' hand written on the label and, rather humorously, an additional 'C' has been hand written on 'McArtney' on both labels, the record was famously pressed omitting Paul's 'C'! Side 2 is in similar VG condition - there are again surface markings and some scuffs, again noted is that these are not of a heavier nature. Both sides play through very well with no skips/jumps or even notable pops, just some light surface noise mainly noted in the intro of each side. Matrix/mother stampers: 7XCE 17144-1N ZT JR & 7XCE 17145-1N ZT JR. Complete with (scarce enough in its own right) 'Urgent Special Rush Copy' demo company sleeve in well presented in VG+ condition with no rips or tears.
