Missale Manuale Sacerdotum. Lateinische Handschrift auf Pergament. Süddeutschland (vermutlich Regensburg), zweite Hälfte des 15. Jahrhunderts. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit 1 nahezu blattgroßem Kanonbild (Kreuzigung) in Deckfarbenmalerei. - KOLLATION: 68 Bll. Eckabschnitt. Schließbeschläge entfernt. Für eine liturgische Gebrauchshandschrift sehr gut erhalten. LITERATUR: Vgl. zum Kanonbild: Heitz/Schreiber, Christus am Kreuz, Kanonbilder der in Deutschland gedruckten Messbücher des 15. Jahrhunderts , Straßburg 1910. Complete manual for the Mass, probably for use in the diocese of Regensburg. Well-preserved manuscript on vellum in a contemporary monastery binding, with remarkable miniature of the Crucifixion at the opening of the Canon. Contemp. red tinted sheep over wooden boards richly blindstamped with single stamps: unicorn, eagle, lily, blossom (for the unicorn cf. Kyriß pl. 65, workshop Regensburg). 68 leaves. - First leaf with small corner cutt off at top, fittings of the binding removed. Somewhat later ownership inscription 'Fr(ater) Alexand(er) Rup(ert) ..' - Finely preserved manuscript from the collection F. G. J. von Bülow (1760-1831), pen note on pastedown by H. G. Schäffer, editor of the auction catalogue from 1836. Dieses Objekt wird regel- oder differenzbesteuert angeboten.
