2001 BMW E46 330Ci SE Auto 29,980 miles from newMake: BMW Model: 330Ci SEYear: 2001Mileage: 29980VIN: WBABN52090JU73214Configuration: Right Hand DriveRegistration: XX51AUDTransmission: automaticThis smart-looking fourth generation (E46) BMW 3-Series, in 2979cc 330Ci SE Automatic form, was registered in September 2001. Since then, it has only covered 29,980 miles, which can be verified from the paperwork history. The car is in original condition, even down to the original dealer plates, sticker, key fob and licence plate. Among the options fitted to the car are cruise control, full leather interior with electric memory seats. The car has had two private owners and the current MoT is valid until August 2022. The first owner was an older lady who sold it due to ill-health; she apparently always kept it garaged but also, unfortunately, misplaced some of the service records. The second owner had the 330 serviced and maintained by an independent BMW specialist over the last seven years (with the last oil service in August 2021). The body was regularly treated with ceramic wax, the interior with leather balm and the underside periodically power-washed, even though we told the car isn't used in the wet. The well-organised history folder includes the V5C, current MoT certificate and original book pack containing the owner's manual, radio operating instructions and service booklet stamped up to 17,590 miles in August 2014. However, there are invoices for regular servicing after this as well as correspondence from BMW recommending the service intervals for cars doing a very low annual mileage. According to this, the next service should be BMW Inspection Service Number 1, due in 2024, if present yearly mileage levels are adhered to. The file also includes several MoT certificates back to 2014. Included with the car is a reversing sensor trim section that can replace the existing trim in the rear bumper. The wiring is pre-installed and the connectors are fastened behind the the existing trim - a fuse will be needed for the sensors to work and one is included in an envelope with the trim section. 1961 Morris Oxford Series VMake: Morris Model: Oxford Series VYear: 1961Mileage: 81696VIN: MHS568885Configuration: Right Hand DriveRegistration: 287UXNTransmission: manualThis Morris Oxford Series V is the earlier Farina type with the more prominent rear fins. It also features the 1489cc B-Series engine. Registered in June 1961, the mileage showing on the odometer is 81,696 miles, which is, for the main part, largely confirmed by the history file. The vendor tells us the car is very solid and looked after, and runs and drives very well with no issues. However, it requires some paintwork, although the vendor believes this is 'nothing major'. The paperwork folder includes the V5C, some early service information, and a set of cards that seem to chronicle every journey from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s. In addition, there's an extensive collection of MoTs from 1971 to 1996, 1998 to 2004, 2006 to 2007, 2009, 2011 to 2015 and 2017, plus tax discs from 1978 to 1983, 1986 to 2005, 2010, 2012 and 2015. The Morris' last MoT expired in April 2018; it is now test-exempt. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR VIDEO PRODUCED 26TH MARCH BY ACA OF THIS CAR.

The car is in very good condition inside and out, with some motorsport related additions such as a quick release fuel cap, light stoneguards and bonnet straps. The paperwork folder includes the current and previous V5Cs, as well as the Jaguar Heritage Trust Production Record Trace certificate, giving build details. There's also a print-out of the online MoT history between 2005 and 2018 showing less than 3000 miles covered in that time. The MoT certificates date from 2002 to 2005, 2007, and 2010 to 2013. 1983 Ferrari Mondial QuattrovalvoleMake: FerrariModel: Mondial QuattrovalvoleYear: 1983Mileage: 89000VIN: ZFFLD14B000046213Configuration: Left Hand DriveRegistration: JWR115YTransmission: ManualWhen the Mondial came out in 1980, its double overhead camshaft engine used just two valves per cylinder. The 1982 Quattrovalvole or QV introduced a new four-valve head with its combustion chamber design apparently based on the early eighties Formula 1 engine. It produced 240bhp and the car was distinguished by red engine heads and prominent 'Quattrovalvole' script at the rear. 1145 coupés were built between 1982 and 1985. This silver example, which has been modified for track day/racing use, was built in 1983, but initially used abroad. It then came to the UK and was registered here in October 1998. The MoT is valid until October 2022 and 89,499km (55,581 miles) are showing on the odometer, albeit not warranted. The paperwork folder includes the current V5C plus some past ones, a Mondial workshop manual, and a ring binder of documentation and invoices for parts, servicing and maintenance back to 2003. In addition, there are 2021 MoT certificates as well as ones from 1997, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2014, along with some documentation relating to its Italian days including what looks like an Italian registration document. The circuit use modifications include lightweight Sparco racing seats, full harnesses, roll cage and a fire extinguisher system.

2003 Bentley Arnage T 29,000 miles from newMake: Bentley Model: Arnage TYear: 2003Mileage: 29000VIN: SCBLF34F54CH09819Configuration: Right Hand DriveRegistration: VX53HXHTransmission: automatic The Bentley Arnage T, launched in 2002, was claimed to be the most powerful roadgoing Bentley at its debut at the Detroit Motor Show of that year. 1963 Alvis TD21 Series II 5 Speed Manual Make: AlvisModel: TD21 Series IIYear: 1963Mileage: 71614VIN: 26981Configuration: Right Hand DriveRegistration: 996KEATransmission: ManualThis example of Alvis' stately 2993cc TD21 was registered in June 1963, making it one of the last of the 'traditional' headlamp Alvises before the introduction of stacked twin headlamps on the TE21 - which proved a controversial if distinctive styling feature. As a Series II, it has all-wheel Dunlop disc brakes in place of the previous disc/drum combination along with door frames constructed of aluminium for lightness (and also panelled in the metal to alleviate problems with the wood used before). This car also has the five-speed manual ZF gearbox that was a feature of the later machines. Three former registered keepers are recorded on the V5C, with the car's odometer showing 76,164 miles. In its light blue metallic finish, the Alvis looks smart although there are some scratches, bubbles and micro-blistering apparent in places on the paint. Inside, the walnut veneer is well-preserved. There's some patina to the maroon leather and a tear in the front seat passenger hide; it all looks like it is the original upholstery that the car left the factory with. The car starts, runs, drives and stops well, and appears fully road-usable. The paperwork file includes the V5C plus maintenance diagrams, an Alvis catalogue of spare parts and the original instruction manual.

This example, a Series III non-turbo registered in May 1986, has been owned by the vendor for six years, and is in very good condition inside and out. It was repainted and re-upholstered around nine years ago, before the vendor bought it. He describes it now as 'not perfect, but a nice clean example that runs well'. Under his ownership, the engine and gearbox have been fully rebuilt by Lotus specialist GST Performance, with the engine only doing 150 miles since it was put back in. New alloy fuel tanks, sender unit, SU fuel pump, fuel lines, aluminium coolant pipes have been fitted along with new Dell'Orto caburettors. The coolant system is filled with coolant called Ice Cooler (around £100 for 10 litres, ready-mixed) and the car is also fitted with a fan switch in the car so cooling of the engine can be switched on at will. The car has also received new rear driveshaft gaiters, steering rack gaiters, track rod ends, front tyres and throttle cable. The engine has a four-branch manifold fitted and brand new Lotus exhaust silencer. The current MoT is valid until May 2022 and six former registered keepers are noted on the V5C, which is present. The history folder also includes a very large amount of invoices dating back to the early part of the 21st century. Print-outs of information on the Esprit S3 are also in the file, as is the original book pack, albeit only with the owner's handbook and first after-sales service details inside. The MoT certificates date from 1998, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2021. A photo album shows the repaint and other refurbishment of the Lotus. Finally, in addition to two hefty workshop manuals, there's a copy of the book Lotus Esprit: The Complete Story by Jeremy Walton, with this car adorning the front cover. 1969 Ford Capri 1600 GTMake: Ford Model: Capri GTYear: 1969Mileage: 62265VIN: BBECJA14759Configuration: Right Hand DriveRegistration: SKL468HTransmission: manualThis Ford Capri 1600 GT MkI was registered in August 1969, making it a very early example, as the 'European Mustang' was only launched in January of that year. The vehicle has been stored in a (dry) garage for around 20 years, with the vendor telling us that it starts and drives, and runs well - although the brakes are inoperative and the fuel tank will probably require replacement. The floors and chassis are reported to be solid. Some of the missing trim removed from the exterior is in the boot, and there are other parts in the boot as well. The vehicle will require recommissioning to be returned to the road. The odometer records 62,265 miles covered. Three former registered keepers are recorded on the V5C, which is present. The only other item of paperwork is the owner's handbook.

Survivors are very rare now. This example dates from the final year of the model, having been registered in December 1984. It has been stood for around four years but was in daily use before then according to the vendor. However, before its lay-up, its engine was rebuilt, at a cost of £3629. There is a bill for this in the history file. The current mileage is recorded by the odometer as 72,511 miles, which can be, for the most part, warranted by the paperwork. The history folder includes the V5C plus some past V5Cs. The MoT certificates date from 2000 to 2007, 2010 to 2012 and 2014 to 2017. 1957 MG A Roadster Make: MG Model: A Roadster Year: 1957Mileage: 0VIN: HDA4335905Configuration: Right Hand DriveRegistration: 489XVHTransmission: manualObviously somewhat transformed from stock MGA appearance now, this 1957 MGA is an ex-USA race car, converted to right-hand drive and road-registered in September 2019. It has been used for track days, the occasional sprint and two races while in the vendor's ownership. While the mechanics such as the gearbox, axles and suspension are largely standard MGA, the 1620cc engine is a bored-out 1489cc unit that has been rolling road-tuned to around 145bhp at the flywheel, with a Weber 45 carburettor fitted. It also has a standard balanced crank and rods, and ARP head studs. Although road legal, the vendor says that the engine only gets into its stride above 3000rpm. The vendor reports that the MGA has been reliable and easy to drive, with a Tilton cast-aluminium pedal box and Kirky seat. He believes it would make a good base for an FIA race car; although prepared for track days rather than racing, any ineligible items are easily removed and the originals refitted - parts such as the mechanical distributor, water pump and standard brake discs do come with the car. The car is shod with Avon CR6zz 175/15 tyres, but the fronts will need replacement soon. Work done since the vendor acquired the car in 2019 includes the right-hand drive conversion, fitment of a 123 electronic distributor, electric water pump, new rear crank oil seal, new rear gearbox tail housing seal, Weber 45 carburettor plus manifold, new wheel bearings, twin Posi-flow Facet fuel pumps, fully Poly-bushed suspension, MG Midget clutch slave cylinder (which offers more clutch feel), MGB heavy duty road clutch, uprated anti-roll bar, 112 degrees centigrade warning lamp, full-width windscreen (required for some race series), eye level oil warning lamp and reverse gear lock-out bar. The MGA is also fitted with a GPS speedometer and the front offside wing is steel but the remainder are fibreglass. The gearbox is standard MGA as is the rear axle and the brakes, albeit with grooved front discs and braided steel flexible pipes. The documentation includes the V5C, dynameter report, a selection of images, import documents and DVLA registration, 123 electronic ignition instructions, and assorted bills and invoices for work done and parts bought since 2019. The MoT certificates date from 2022 (valid until February 2023) and 2021 and 2019. The electronic odometer shows 621 miles, which seems to have been zeroed when the engine work was carried out in 2019. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR VIDEO PRODUCED 10TH MARCH BY ACA OF THIS CAR.

There are also certificates from 2015, 2016 and 2017 plus a stack of invoices from the past few years totally around £3500. These include bills for a new starter motor, and front brake pads and discs in 2018, clutch in 2020 (at a cost of £685) and battery in February of this year. The last service for which there is any paperwork in the folder was in 2020. The vendor reports that new carpets were recently fitted and the seats recovered.
