Lot 111963 Triumph Herald 12/50Reg. no. 5562 RUChassis no. GD7051RSEngine no. GD7087-HETransmission: ManualMileage: 641 (indicated)MOT: Exempt Estimate: £500 - £1000The Triumph Herald 12/50 is a British car model that was produced from 1963 to 1967. It was an upgraded version of the original Herald, with a more powerful engine and improved performance. The 12/50 featured a 1.2-litre four-cylinder engine that produced 51 horsepower, which was a significant increase from the original Herald's 948cc engine. This one requires extensive restoration in all areas. The car appears mostly complete and also includes some extra spares. It features a hard top with Webasto roof. It was purchased by the vendor’s late father in 1988 but was never worked on, the engine is reported to run. The car is sold with a current V5C, a Herald workshop manual and a small amount of paperwork. To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th. 1993 BMW R1100 RSReg. no. L940 DUEFrame no. 0294076Engine no. 21936106The R1100 RS was a sport-touring bike made between 1993 and 2001, making this an early example. The bike was last MOT’d in 2021 and hardly used since; it has a recorded 70,000 miles on the odometer. There is quite a large file of history and bills, old tax discs, a record of annual mileage between 1997 and 2008, the original rider’s manual amongst others and a V5C.
1964 BSA 250cc C15Reg. no. LKK 326BFrame no. C1541821Engine no. C1543885The C15 was a 250cc ohv single that was a popular choice with learner riders in its day. Little is known about this example apart from that it was last MOT’d in 2021. It is offered with a V5C and an instruction manual.
1971 Suzuki T250Reg. no. UnregisteredFrame no. UnknownEngine no. T250 3394The T250 was developed from the earlier T20 and was one of the models that contributed to Suzuki’s success in the early 1970s. We are told that the engine is free and the bike is offered with a service manual and a period parts catalogue.
141973 MGB GT V8Reg. no. UDY 437MChassis no. GD2D1125GEngine no. 8600023Transmission: ManualMileage: 81,788 (Indicated)The MGB GT V8 was produced for three years between 1973-1976 using the popular 3500cc Rover V8 engine. The lightweight body, fitted with a larger engine, resulted in a very impressive 0-60 time for the period of 7.7 seconds, capable of embarrassing much newer performance cars. The big V8 was even 25kg lighter than its 4-pot counterpart.Registered in factory ‘Blaise Red’, with a blue draylon interior in August 1973, this MGB GT is one of the earlier V8 examples with steel bumpers. Very unusually, this local car has had just the one owner and has been cherished all that time. In recent years it has seen very little use and dry stored, covering less than 2,000 miles since 2005. The cloth interior, with blue upholstery, presents very well but could benefit from some improvement. The engine runs strong and smooth and is mated to the manual gearbox which appears to select all gears as it should. The exterior and underside are in good solid order and the paintwork is very good bar some minor issues on the bonnet. The car is offered with a current V5C, some service history and two sets of keys. Overall, this is a great example of the GT V8, ready to enjoy, that would benefit from some minor fettling on weekends.Estimate: £8,000 - 10,000** Amendment - Please note that this car has had three owners. It was purchased from a chap in Corsham at six months old by the current owners mother. It was then gifted from the mother to the daughter who offers the car for sale.To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th. 162003 Honda S2000Reg. no. WP53 YGAChassis no. JHMAP11304T200291Engine no. F20C21040280Transmission: ManualMileage: 36,846MOT: June 2024Honda’s sports convertible burst on the scene in 1999 to rival the likes of the Mazda MX5 and Audi TT, sporting a 2-litre naturally aspirated VTEC engine that produced 250bhp. Mated to a lovely 6-speed manual gearbox and offering a 50/50 weight balance, it offered fantastic handling and performance. This example in Silverstone Metallic Silver, is one of the last of the AP1 first generation, registered in January of 2004. It has had just one Wiltshire owner since new who used the Honda as a weekend toy, so it has been rarely used. At just 36,000 miles from new, this car is offered with full-service history. The overall condition of the car is really good and it just suffers from some minor paint imperfections including some sun damage to the passenger front wing. It has had a recent new soft top and is sold with a fresh MOT. These sports cars stand far above other cars in their class of the same generation offering better performance and usability. The car is offered with a current V5C document, full-service history, Honda handbooks and even includes its original radio, tool kit and Honda S2000 Pen. A fantastic, low mileage example of an appreciating modern classic from one of the world’s most reliable manufacturers.Estimate: £10,000 - 12,000To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th. Lot 391974 Land Rover SIII LightweightReg. no. JEU 791NChassis no. TBCEngine no. TBCTransmission: ManualMileage: 74,434MOT: May 2024 (Exempt) Estimate: £9,000 – 11,000The lightweight LR was used across the British military for several decades. It was initially intended to be lifted with helicopters but in the end was more usually transported via train or plane. Designed to come apart easily, the slimmer track and unique body panels make for a great looking series to own.Purchased and registered as ‘03 GF 12’ by the British Army, this example was used in Cyprus alongside UN forces. Then it was sold for civilian use around a decade later under the plate ‘JEU 791N’. The current custodian purchased the 4x4 in October 2021 and undertook a restoration from November that year. This very solid truck has a good chassis, body and canvas and was driven to us, starting and running nicely, selecting gears with ease. The NATO hitch on the front, tow bar on the rear and the military accessories that adorn the Land Rover, complete the look. Different seats have been fitted for comfort, but the rest of the interior appears clean and original. The sale includes a current registration document, Lightweight user manual, as well as some parts receipts, but importantly a photograph album of the restoration. To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th. A variety of motor vehicles from the late Peter Sidnell who rented the same Wiltshire barn for over 30 years and was an avid fettler and classic car enthusiast. The majority of the cars were acquired before the early 80’s through friends and family where Peter had previously helped maintain their vehicles.E613 NOU was first registered in April 1998 as a manual, 4-door 1300cc model. The interior is quite tidy, and the panels are generally straight with just some minor surface rust; the underside does require some attention. It looks to require minimum work to get it back on the road considering it has been in a barn for so long that there’s not even any digital MOT records! The Metro is supplied with a current V5C document and a key.To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th. The four-door manual Metro was last taxed in 2001 so is quite possibly one of the last cars to enter the barn. Inside, the engine bay looks clean and solid, whilst the interior has fared well over the years. Lot 581973 Vauxhall Ventora FEReg. no. MWD 292LChassis no. TBCEngine no. TBCTransmission: ManualMileage: 73,508MOT: Exempt Estimate: £2,500 – 3,500 (No Reserve) R.E.A.L are honoured to offer the Sidnell collection barn finds in our upcoming auction. A variety of motor vehicles from the late Peter Sidnell who rented the same Wiltshire barn for over 30 years and was an avid fettler and classic car enthusiast. The majority of the cars were acquired before the early 80’s through friends and family where Peter had previously helped maintain their vehicles. It is believed that just over 7,000 of the Ventora FE were produced between 1972-1978, according to the DVLA there are just three currently registered on UK roads. The high-end Victor sported a meaty 3.3-litre, 6-cylinder engine driving the rear wheels and most, like this one, had a 4-speed manual gearbox with overdrive. This earlier example registered in May of 1973, provided transport for the Sidnell family through much of the 1980s before they moved onto Renault 25s. The car was last taxed in September 1985 and has since been sat in the barn until recently when family friends have been able to get the car running and driving. It is reported to be mostly solid but still requires some restoration including paintwork. The sale includes a current V5C and a key.To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th. 1965 Heinkel Tourist 103 A2Reg. no. HLH 721CFrame no. UnknownEngine no. 607793The Heinkel Tourist was manufactured in Germany between 1953 and 1965 by Heinkel Flugzeugwerke. 170,000 scooters were produced. It benefitted from several improvements during this time, and this version, the 103 A2 is the most recent to be made. Described as the ‘Rolls- Royce of scooters’, it benefitted from a 174cc four stroke engine, electric start and other features to give greater comfort, stability and reliability than many other scooters of the time. This scooter was purchased in 2013 from a dealer and is understood to have benefitted from a total restoration some years earlier. Since then it has been in intermittent use and has performed well. The paintwork, though not immaculate, is good for its age. The electrics are fine, except that the handlebar switches for horn and headlight dipping don’t function properly. The correct Heinkel windscreen is fixed in place, and a top box which can be swapped with the spare wheel and luggage rack is separately included, as is the user’s manual.

1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Limousine by Rippon Brothers, Huddersfield and exhibited at the 1929 Olympia Motor Show. Registration AZ3896, Chassis 20WJ. Six-cylinder 7.7 litre straight six engine with four-speed manual gearbox and retrofitted overdrive. This very handsome Phantom II is attractively finished in its original colour scheme of Black over Ivory with cream upholstery to the rear and black to the front. It has many vintage charms including a V windscreen, ornate silver plated door handles, twin smokers hatches in the roof, sliding division and ingenious folding and swivelling jump seats. It was sold after the motor show to an Irishman from Belfast and was to remain there until 1979 when it returned to the UK. It has been owned since by several enthusiasts and appears to have been generally well-maintained. The current owner garages 'Gracie', as she is affectionately known, along with her other pre-war Rolls at her stately home in Suffolk. During her 12-year ownership 'Gracie' has been enthusiastically driven attending many Rolls-Royce Club events and rallies notably a tour of Portugal in 2017. In recent years she has had considerable sums lavished upon her with the well-known Rolls-Royce specialist Jonathan Wood and others with bills totalling approx. £35,000 to keep her in good and reliable mechanical order. Some sensible modifications have been carried out including the fitting of an overdrive and an electric fuel pump although we are assured it is easily put back to running on its auto vac system should the new owner desire. It is supplied with V5, handbook, dummy cap, some tools and a large history file including the old buff logbook, articles from the 1929 Show and service bills. A very attractive honest vintage car with plenty of power, huge presence and a fascinating history. (Subject to 12% buyers premium inclusive of VAT).
1978 Lotus Esprit 2 door Coupe, 1973cc, manual, reg. no. VJM 900S, chassis number 7610/0194G engine number CC7761013130. Finished in white with original tartan interior and polished Wolfrace Slot Mag wheel this Esprit comes complete in true James Bond "The Spy Who Loved Me" colours. The current owner acquired the car in 2002, and over the next two decades, the Esprit was dry-stored in a barn, meaning the indicated mileage today of 50,108 is believed genuine. The dry storage has also meant the vehicle is in a very good state of preservation, as the photographs of it show. The car comes complete with a well filled history file containing MOTs and paperwork dating back to the 1980s, which also back up the indicated mileage, in addition to this, there is also a current V5, Series I Espirt sales brochure and correspondence relating to the car's appearance in 1998 at an England Monarchs American Football Team show, alongside James Bond's 'Q', actor Desmond Lewellyn. This very good-looking example of a scarce Series I Esprit (believed to be one only around 50 left in the UK) would make a fine project for any Lotus enthusiast. (Subject to 12% buyers premium inclusive of VAT).Good morning, The chassis appears to be sound overall from what we can see, naturally that is just a casual inspection, we have not had the car on a lift to inspect it fully so cannot comment on previous welding etc.The paintwork appears very good overall but I can have a thorough look over it and do a facetime call with you if that may be easier? Re. the engine, we need to have a look at this for several interested parties, so will add the results onto the website in the coming days.Kind Regards,Lewis
