1936 Rolls-Royce 25 / 30 Saloon by Windovers. Registration no. FSU 671. Chassis no. GWN 57. Six cylinder. 4.257cc engine. Manual transmission. This delightful pre-War Rolls-Royce has very attractive and spacious saloon coachwork by Windovers. It has an elegant swept tail, P100R headlamps and side mounted spare wheel and is finished in primrose yellow and black with dark blue leather upholstery and walnut door cappings and dash. It has been well and regularly maintained and improved over the last fifteen years by Rolls-Royce Specialists, including new engine bearings and top end overhaul, rebuilt steering box, overhauled radiator and many other improvements - all documented in a large history file, which indicates it has covered approximately 9,000 miles during the current ownership. It is also supplied with a V5 document and M.O.T. until January 2016. A very usable vintage Rolls-Royce
1940s gentlemen's Rolex Oyster Speedking Precision wristwatch with manual wind movement, the circular champagne coloured dial with centre sweep seconds and baton numerals, in stainless steel case, model no. 6420, serial no. 406635, 30mm diameter CONDITION REPORT The watch is running, the dial is very discoloured with surface dirt / corrosion. Original winding crown but does not screw down, case in good condition commensurate with age, no inscriptions. Not a Rolex bracelet, much later replacement, no box or papers present

BRADMAN DON: (1908-2001) Australian Cricketer. Signed 4 x 6 photograph, the image depicting Bradman in a full length pose holding his cricket bat, pads and gloves as he walks out to practice at Lords. Signed in blue ink with his name alone to a clear area of the image. Together with a T.L.S., Don Bradman, one page, 8vo, Kensington Park, South Australia, 17th February 1982, to E. Stanley Jones. Bradman forwards the signed photograph to his correspondent and continues to list the books he has written, commenting 'The main work is “Farewell to Cricket” written just after I retired. However “The art of cricket” is a comprehensive instructional manual and I humbly feel it is the best book of its kind. They are all difficult to procure but you might have some luck at a second hand bookseller such as J. W. McKenzie….', and further providing his address in Surrey. Solex 3800 moped, thought to date to 1966 (see makers plaque attached to frame). Registered in the UK c.1980.Vendor has V5 certificate, currently registered as SORN with the DVLA. Bike has not been tested mechanically by us or vendor and is offered strictly as for spares or repairs. There is a large file of paperwork relating to the bike including technical manual.
