It has come to us direct from the film company and was driven 100 miles to the sale. The Toyota was registered in August 1998 and has an MoT valid until January 2026. The odometer shows 195,305 miles and six registered keepers are shown on the V5C. Paperwork includes the V5C and current and previous MoT certificates.

Make & Model:Ford, Capri Date of Reg:SEW909K Colour:Yellow cc:1993 Fuel Type:Petrol Mileage:19472 Transmission:manual Summary:This 2.0-litre Ford Capri was built during the mid-Eighties using two vehicles from a technical college used to teach students to repair accident damage. It was restored between 2004 and 2016 and repainted from white into Daytona Yellow. It now features a 2.0-litre Ford Sierra Pinto engine (with unleaded head), Ford Type 9 five-speed transmission, electronic distributor, power steering and stainless steel exhaust. The car is described as running and driving with no known issues. The original vehicle dates from 1972, but was re-registered in August 1986 with a new age-related numberplate. Its odometer shows 19,472 miles and its last MoT expired in July 2022, after having been tested the year before at an indicated 14,390 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, it no longer requires annual testing. Just one owner is recorded on the V5C. Accompanying the Capri is the V5C, a comprehensive write-up of its history from the mid-Seventies onwards, 2021 Classic Car Weekly article on the car, DVLA and Ford correspondence related to the re-registration, assorted invoices and MoT certificates. There's also the owner's handbook plus a USB stick with photos of the restoration, general images and mileage spreadsheet from May 2018 to October 2024. There are some spare parts in the boot too.

We are told that it starts, runs and drives very well, and has been well-maintained with recent engine oil and filter changes (using Valvoline oil and genuine Nissan filter). The very good condition interior is original save for a JVC radio/CD player with auxiliary input. The vendor notes that the paintwork is good overall, albeit with some age and weather-related blemishes, imperfections to the roof and minor rust in some areas. The car still retains some original features such as AFG supplying dealer numberplates, rear window decal, floor mats and mud flaps. The odometer shows 78,159 miles and the MoT is valid until November 2025. Four registered keepers are recorded on the V5C. Paperwork includes the V5C, MoT certificates back to 2007, list of work carried out between January 2010 (at 59,618 miles) and November 2024 (at 78,159 miles) and some invoices. The Mini is now being sold as a recommissioning project, ideal for carrying out over the winter months. The Mini was registered in March 1983 and is showing (1)10,216 miles on its odometer. Its last MoT expired in June 2013 after being tested the previous year at an indicated (1)10,161 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Mini will now be MoT-exempt although its V5C details will need to be changed with the DVLA. The only paperwork with the Mini is its V5C.

This was the 41st ZT 260 SE to be made out of 384 and, the vendor tells us, is believed to have been owned by an ex-Formula One driver. Finished in Royal Blue, it was registered in November 2003 and has an MoT through to October 2025. The odometer shows 76,030 miles. Five registered keepers are shown on the V5C. The car is reported to be running and driving well with no issues. Features include an electric rear window blind, built-in navigation system/TV, heated front seats, multi-change CD player detachable tow bar and full size alloy spare wheel. Recent work has included a new clutch, new brake discs and pads, new exhaust and some paintwork to address stonechips etc. Paperwork includes the V5C, a current and previous V5C, MoT certificates and some invoices. There's also the combined owner's manual and service history, the latter with stamps up to October 2010 at 70,896 miles.
