The Electra X model was another large step forward for Royal Enfield. This is a very well cared for example that starts, runs and rides very well. Reg. no. KYC 545VFrame no. C707015034Engine no. C70E7015035Since its introduction in 1958, Honda has sold well over 100 million Cubs in various engine sizes and it has the status of being the most produced motor vehicle in history. What more can you say about this iconic and very collectable bike? This lovely little C70 for sale here is the product of the Covid lockdown, unable to compete in his sport of motorcycle hill climb racing, the owner decided to fully strip down and rebuild this Honda C70 that had been languishing in a garage for a long time. He has preserved as many of the original parts as possible and there is a comprehensive file of receipts totalling over £400 for all the new parts used alone. On the bodywork side, he has replaced the front mudguard, chain guard and leg shield (the originals come with the bike). Mechanically and electrically everything has been stripped, checked and replaced where necessary such as a new carburettor, ignition system, chain, exhaust system etc. He says the bike is now in good running order and that it starts, runs and everything is working as it should, but he has not taken it on an extended ride to fully check it out as you should after a bike has been rebuilt. Comes with – a current V5C, a large quantity of restoration receipts, and a Haynes manual.
Reg. no. 496 UXMFrame no. 176TC4 318378Engine no. 313249After the war Peugeot concentrated on making good, solid, economical, utilitarian motorcycles for the general public and the military. The 176 TC4 was one of their more popular bikes and certainly the military liked them for their reliability and ruggedness. This very nice Peugeot twin port was part of a consignment of bikes that were destined for the French Army and it was first registered in the UK in 2003. Judging by its condition and odometer reading 2083, (not guaranteed), it has had little military use. The owner describes the bike as in generally very good order having undergone some sympathetic minor restoration including a brake and engine service. It has 12volt electrics powered by the magneto and runs well on a 15/1 two stroke mix. The original French army designation plate is under the UK number plate held on by wing nuts for easy removal when being displayed at shows. On collection the bike started easily and ran well.Comes with – a current V5C and a photocopy of its workshop manual.

On returning to the UK he never had it registered with the DVLA and it has spent several years in his garage. The scooter has not run for a long time, but the keys are present, and the engine turns over, using the kickstart. The odometer reads 794km (not guaranteed).Comes with - a Gibraltar logbook and an owner’s manual.
1954 Ford ZephyrReg. no. CPV 258Chassis no. 101016Engine no. t.b.a.The six-cylinder Ford Zephyr and its slightly shorter four-cylinder sibling, the Consul, were launched at the Earls Court motor show in 1950, with production commencing on the 1st of January 1951. The cars represented a major styling update for the British arm of Ford, whose post-war offerings up to this point had consisted largely of updated pre-war designs. The new Zephyr, conversely, followed the styling trends set by the American parent company, and thus brought a rather more flamboyant air to the Ford range. With a 2262cc six-cylinder engine and three-speed manual gearbox, these cars could reach 80mph. They also had some success in contemporary motor sports events, with a victory on the 1953 Monte Carlo Rally followed in 1955 by a win at the famously gruelling Safari Rally. The Mk. 1 Zephyrs sold well in their five-year production run and have since become an iconic 1950s classic. This 1954 Zephyr has been owned by the vendor for 22 years. Largely restored by the previous owner, it remains in good all-round condition. Indeed, it has won a few awards at local shows and rallies. It is fitted with some characterful period features such as a sun visor, headlight cowls, hooded mirrors, and the original radio. In dry storage for the last two years, the car would benefit from the usual recommissioning – the vendor also states that the brakes have ceased functioning while in storage. Set to be a fine 1950s classic once returned to action, this Zephyr also comes with a current V5C.
1991 Triumph 900 TrophyThe two-wheeler sports a four-stroke, liquid-cooled, 885cc, transverse three cylinder engine and a six-speed manual transmission, which produces 98 horsepower and 83Nm of torque. This makes it a great choice for long hauls, achieving strong MMPG and a comfortable rider and even passenger stance. This makes it suitable for a weekend stroll or a full-out transcontinental vacation, no matter the trip, the Trophy 900 will always be up for the task. This example has only covered 22000 miles and has a current MOT expiring on 11.01.2023.
1962 Agrati-Garelli Capri 80 ScooterReg. no. 877 HBMFrame no. AG 17203Engine no. 18028126To expand and diversify its market share, in 1958 Garelli merged with another Italian manufacturer called Agrati who were producing a successful range of scooters called the Capri with engines ranging from 50 to 125cc. With the ever-increasing competition for buyers in Italy, Garelli found a growing demand for scooters overseas so the majority of Capri scooters were exported to this new market. This 80cc model came in three specifications and used a Minarelli engine. This Model D dual seat Capri is said by the owner to be in very good condition and apart from the wheels has not been restored.Comes with – a current V5C, a Capri Scooter instruction manual and a spare wheel.**Catalogue amendment, there is no spare wheel.**
1955 BSA C11 250ccReg. no. 119 XUNFrame no. BC11S4 10742 (See note below logbook says BC11 54 10742)Engine no. BC11G 15076 (See note below logbook says B2 11 6 15076)From 1939 to the mid-1950s the BSA C11 was continually being developed and upgraded. The overhead valve C11 had its girder forks upgraded to telescopic in the mid-1940s and alternator electrics and plunger rear suspension in the early 1950s. Described in press reviews as being a well turned out and economical lightweight with outstanding performance, this must have impressed Steve McQueen as he was the proud long term owner of a superb 1951 example. This 4-speed C11 was completely restored to a very good standard in 2013, costing over £1700, not including painting and chroming. It has had very little use since and still looks resplendent in its maroon and chrome colour scheme.Comes with – a current V5C, an old V5C, some old MOT certificates, a large number of receipts and costings covering the restoration, a photocopied instruction manual and other DVLA paperwork.Note: The V5C appears to have the engine and frame prefixes incorrectly entered. DVLA have entered a 5 instead of an S on the frame number and a 2 instead of a C and a 6 instead of a G on the engine number. Quite a common mistake when they are transferring information from customers not always clearly legible handwritten forms.
