20th Century mahogany reproduction twin pedestal desk with leatherette inset top, 124cm x 62cm x 78cm Condition: Top leather has a lot of scuffing to it, the wood is very faded along the back particularly to the top, possibly from sunlight. A late Victorian blonde oak partner's desk, the rectangular top inset with gilt tooled leather surface and an arrangement of nine drawers to the front, with three drawers and cupboard doors to the reverse, height 76cm, length 153cm, depth 90cm.Additional InformationOne of the corner brackets has come loose but is still present, numerous areas of loss to the wood, by the side of the doors where it is possible somebody has tried to force entry, there have been a couple of later screw holes into the side panels, areas of fading, splitting to the top, there is one large split to one side, approx 49cm, large drawer is stiff and does not close all the way, two of the corner joints are loose on the opposite but are still present.
