Late Victorian mahogany twin pedestal desk, the top with blue leather inset, nine drawers, plinth base, width 120cm, depth 60cm, height 71 cm.Condition report:Leather inset top has some scars and holes, but colour is fairly rich and even. The two inch band outline to the top has splits in various places. The moulded outline of the top look to have been replaced - more of a stained wooden rather than mahogany or walnut. The drawers are all sound but well used with staining and general wear to the linings. Plinth bases likely replaced. Some colour fading to the right had side of the pedestal. Some splitting to the panels of the kneehole.
