Victorian walnut Davenport desk, of piano front form, with rising gallery, the hinged lid revealing pull-out writing area with drawers and compartments, four drawers with carved supports to the front on baluster turned feet. 57 x 56 x 88cm approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Overall reasonably good condition for age. Some losses to mouldings, wear and tear with stains and fading as expected. The leather writing surface is very worn and scratched. Losses to veneer in places as expected with use.
