A pair of chromed metal desk lamps by David Hicks, 1970s, with bulb fitting, 39.5cm. high by 40.5cm. wide by 14cm. deep (2) David Hicks is a notable contemporary designer who furnished many houses around London including a private suite in Buckingham Palace for H.R.H. the Prince of Wales. These lamps and the following three lots were reputedly removed from a London house which was furnished by the designer.
