An assembled group of metal works of art, including: an Edwardian bronze campana vase, 24cm high; a bronze desk standish with twin inkwells, 26cm wide; a copper bed warming pan with turned wood handle, 104cm long; a contemporary wrought iron fire poker and similar tongs, 67cm and 69cm long; and a 20th century brass three-branch ceiling light with vaseline glass shades (one shade damaged), 47cm across, 33cm drop.Condition report: Campana vase: minor/negligible signs of age.Desk standish: minor signs of age and use.Bed warmer: significant signs of age and use throughout.Fire tools: signs of use throughout.Ceiling light: one shade broken at the top with section missing. Surface dulling/patina throughout. Branches a little loose and need tightening. One lamp head has a bulb which appears to be stuck.

A brass desk inkwell, 19th century, designed as a cherub kneeling before a memorial plinth, surmounted by a sword and helmet, hinged to reveal the well, all upon a rectangular plinth base with stiff leaf borders, 11cm high, 11.5cm wide, 6cm deep and a circular brass pill box, the cover inset with a pressed tortoiseshell panel depicting a butterfly, 4.5cm diameter (2) CONDITION REPORT:Inkwell: The piece shows areas of oxidation, tarnishing, polish residue and surface wear throughout. The glass liner is associated, and fits loosely in the well. The hinge of the cover is slightly loose and the cover does not close perfectly. The cherub figure rotates if twisted.Pill box: The cover inset shows two deep scratches intersecting to form a 'Y' shape across the butterfly's antennae. The cover shows small dents and wear to the brass. The cover hinge shows evidence of historic repair. The body shows surface wear across the exterior, and wear, scratching and oxidation to the interior.
A George II figured walnut kneehole desk, the quarter veneered and crossbanded top with a moulded rim over one long frieze drawer and a small apron drawer, above the central recessed cupboard door, flanked by three drawers to both sides with later brass drop ring handles, raised upon bracket feet, 78cm H x 78cm W x 52cm D (at fault)Condition reportRight back foot has been reconstructed and is now detached but presnt, all the other feet have had some degree of reconstruction, full width veneer split to the desk top along with other minor splits and marks, left hand side appears to have been applied with some type of stain, along with multiple vertical veneer splits, the right hand side has a full height joint/age split with an overall dull patina, all handles are associated with the locks replaced, all drawers have replaced runners, with general wear and marks commensurate with age and use
