George V silver and tortoiseshell mounted desk clock of waisted form, with red Morocco leather back, on four bun feet, Swiss-made movement, white circular dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial (Birmingham 1919), 11cm overall height CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good, silver mount has some minor denting and surface scratching. Rear feet are dented. Maker's mark rubbed, other marks legible. Tortoiseshell is good, some minor scratching but four fastening points are visible from the front. Leather backing is dirty, scuffed and split. Movement is working and case is stamped - Swiss Made. No other visible name or address
Fine mid-19th century mahogany partners desk, the expansive moulded top with inset gilt tooled leather writing surface, having nine drawers about each knee-hole, on bracket feet, 152cm wide x 139cm deep x 78cm high CONDITION REPORT Leather top with a few minor stains, wear to gilt. Few slight splits and replaced veneers, repaired split to one side. Some locks not original. Bracket feet appear to be replaced. Overall well presented and no significant condition issues
