The side and back panels are all in good condition as are the interior kneehole panels. There are scuffs to the plinth base as one would expect and other minor scuffs and scratches to the corners. The front of the upper section is in very good condition and of good colour as are the sides of the piece. The piano front operates as it should as does the sliding desk section. The cupboard doors are in good order and not warped. The front legs are in good condition and structurally sound. As this is a conversion from a piano the backboard is a plywood replacement. At the rear right hand base return there is a small section of veneer which is detached. We have this piece of veneer. The piece really only needs a good clean and dust and would be ready for use.
