The firm of Negretti & Zambra are recorded by Banfield as working from circa 1850 when the partnership between Enrico Negretti and Joseph Warren Zambra was formed.

Black and white photo signed, c. 1995, the photo showing the famous head-and-shoulders portrait of Diana with Princes Harry and William either side (used for the 1995 Christmas card above), 100 x 125 mm, mounted with signed inscription above and below the photo, 'Dearest Irene, Lots of love from Diana', the whole in a framed and glazed black leather desk-top frame with Diana's gilt monogram at head, overall 24 x 22 cm. Irene is Simon Barnes's late grandmother who was a great fan of Princess Diana. Simon mentioned this to the Princess of Wales once and without any mention of it this signed photo arrived in the post, much to Simon's grandmother's delight. Irene took it with her to several Day Centres she attended at the time and showed it to all her friends. (1)
