CONDITION REPORT: Small split to top rail on the right hand side and to veneer of left hand side S-shaped lid, general wear throughout desktop and leather, with nicks, dents and scratches to legs, small split to bottom of back right hand side leg and castor detached (but available), gauge marks on draw linings suggest hand cut dove tails.

CONDITION REPORT: Lot 276 - Clock is not ticking, spring tight, unable to wind, small cracks around screws to base, minor scuffs and scrapes, condition well presented.
