An early 20th Century Chinese rosewood pedestal desk, the plain top above two short and central single drawer over two pedestals, both with single drawer and united by an undertier CONDITION REPORTS The top of the table has numerous scratches dents, large areas of fading, discolouration and staining. There are numerous areas of the varnish that are missing and lifting. There is an area of loss to a section of the moulding on the left side of the table. The joints on the corners of the lower tiers have started to seperate. See pictures for details. Height: 76 cm length: 122 cm Width: 66 cm
An early 20th Century oak roll top desk with fitted interior together with a oak Captain's style chair inscribed "ABCR" to back and a modern pine four tier wall shelf CONDITION REPORTS Extensive fading and loss to the varnish, scratches, gouges, chips and staining. On the main top of the desk there are what appears to be two large ink stains and various other stains and accretions. Some of the wooden knobs on the drawers are broken. The main roller part of the desk has come apart. There are breaks to parts of the roller system on the side. There are splits to the wood - see images for further details. There is no central drawer and unlikely there was one.
*Cycling Clock. An original desk clock depicting a cast-brass rider and his bicycle, with a mechanical clock fitted to the front wheel, having a porcelain chapter ring and Arabic numerals. It appears complete with is correct backplate and controls, albeit not currently working. 15cm high. (1)

With a mounted Stag centrepiece, engraved 'Presented to R S M John Berridge by the NCO's of the 7th P R Dragoon Guards, as a momento of the esteem and regard, on his leaving the Regiment, and with kind wishes for his future success. Above further engraving, Cahir Barracks 25th Jany 1875. (Lacking its two ink-pots) 10.1/2" long x 7.1/4" wide and 5" approx height.
