Unusual French time piece in the form of a ship's poop desk, set with sailors, hatch covers, navigation lamps, compass binnacle and gilt dial with roman numerals. A two train movement by Marti striking the half on a coil, the counter balanced pendulum rocking the ship's wheel and helmsman set on black marble base. Overall height 30cm (rear door lacking)
