Skellington removed a pair of scissors from a skull mug on his desk to cut out a paper spider snowflake.The miniature silver-color metal scissors are also seen in the foreground on page 50 of Frank Thompson's reference book "Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas: The Film, the Art, the Vision." The miniature resin mug is painted silver-color, gray, and black to emulate dark hammered iron features and skull detailing with rough teeth-like features in black-and-white paint. The scissors exhibit wear at the hinge point and edges; the mug features a white bottom with black paint splatter and minor paint chipping. The drawers all run as expected but the frieze drawer needs easing a little and again no key is present.The desk has been stored in an unheathed environment (I presume) and the polish is a little dull and could do with reviving.generally the structure is good but the desk will need some work to make good.
